You are going to need a NetBSD system in order to run a cross compiler.
There is a toolchain for NetBSD/i386 on ftp.handhelds.org, but I don't
know if anyone is using it.
I guess it would be a good idea to put the diffs in the netbsd area
on ftp.handhelds.org too. I can send them to you anyway.
I have been working mainly on the bootloader over the last week,
as I need it before I can start debugging the kernel.
