SD patch almost certainly breaking MMC

I've reverted to -hh18a, and MMC is working again (thanks again,
Philip). I looked at the CVS repository and saw that the SD patch was
applied 10 days ago, so I did a
cvs update -D "11 days ago" linux/kernel
which got me the -hh18a version. I already know that -hh18b has broken
MMC support, so this seems to point pretty solidly at the SD patch as
the cause.
