Funny thing is, that I opened a /etc/hosts file and put 127.0.0.1 localhost in
it...but that was while trying to get rid of the
hostname: Unknown host
xauth: creating new authority file /root/.serverauth.1326
xauth: (argv):1: bad display name "loox720:0" in "list" command
xauth: (stdin):1: bad display name "loox720:0" in "add" command
stuff when starting X....the slow down issue appeared after that where I
coincidently hat reinstalled the loox image LOL
Ok, so basically I suggest that in the next image of the distro there will be
a /etc/hosts file containing
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 loox720
therefore no slow X start AND no annoying errors at X startup (-:
I will update the HOWTO to reflect this (:
