Many thanks to the people who updated the kernel wiki page and provided
the images for download.
Is it possible to boot from a CF card instead of an SD one? (Using the
method where the device numbers for a second partition are given in the
root=... kernel option.) Is there any kernel reconfiguring involved?
What is the major device number for the CF card? When I boot Debian from
an SD card my CF card does not show up in /proc/partitions - what does
it take to make it appear? I tried including some ATA/PCMCIA stuff in
the kernel, but to no avail...
