Hi m4D,
your problem lies at using RNDIS or not..
some distributions of Linux have RNDIS support, some don't..
if you experience such problems you might want to consider to either enable
(if it was disabled) or disable (if it was enabled) RNDIS support for the
ethernet gadget.
