usbnet issues

Hi.

Is there a solution for issue with usbnet, discribed by Piotr some time ago:
usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 4
usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 5
usb 1-2: device not accepting address 5, error -71
usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 6
usb 1-2: device not accepting address 6, error -71
 ...?

and by the way, does anybody knows why "pxa2xx-udc: there are error in
configuration, udc disabled" appears from time to time???
