loox keyboard controller

is it true, that loox uses the pxa27x matrix keyboard controller as axim
family, which doesn't manage the power key? in loox_buttons.c from svn
it has 6 rows and 3 column, but in axim's wiki 7 rows and 3 columns.
maybe this unused 7th row manage the power key in loox?
