some helpful utility to boot linux

This utility is intended to simplify pda linux kernel hacking process on
LOOX7xx pdas.
It uses FSC Autorun mechanism to reduce number of actions, that you have
to do, to boot linux using haret.
Actually, all this utility does is: check, if haret is accessible, open
COM port, run haret, sleep for a minute.
