without a more detailed description it is hard to say.
Does the battery charge when your loox is connected to the mains (wall
socket)?
If a Lithium-ion battery is drained too much somtimes they refuse to be
charged anymore..
in a case of a dead battery the loox might not switch on..
(seen this behaviour on different pda's)
