kernel error

Hi!
I've compiled the kernel from the latest cvs. But I receive an error on boot:
        Freeing init memory: 80K
        Unable to load NLS charset cp866
        FAT: codepage cp866 not found.
I've used loox700_defconfig for kernel configuration. How can I fix this???
And another question: how can I access initrd image and sd card from opie?
