here some info about usb net
there was no need in produt and vendor id, just modprobe usbnet and ifconfig
usb0 <ip>
the most common thing why it not work - is not satisfying two conditions :
1) it shold be connected before starting haret
2) after it loads g_ether module on loox , you should unplug usb cable and
replug it , then it say something like usb0: cgc ethernet gadget
it worked from standard -hh kernel without any patches
