FSC LOOX C550 buttons support

Hi all.
Here is patch for support keypad on FSC LOOX C550
All keys except power key connected through PXA27x keyad interface(it's
described in chapter 18 in Intel PX27x Processor Family Developer's manual)
Power key connected to GPIO 0, so using gpio-keys for this
also it's patches gpio-keys.c: add IRQF_DISABLED flags in request_irq,
otherwise interrupt handler depending on moon phase runs once or twice(more
often twice) per one press of power key
