FSC LOOX C550 port update & pxa27x_udc .gpio_pullup patches

Hi,

        Here are two patches. First is a patch for pxa27x_udc that makes it
use .gpio_pullup, if provided ( like pxa2xx_udc ). And second is an updated
LOOX C550 port with UDC ( uses .gpio_pullup, not .udc_command so it depends
on first patch ).
