[RFC] Merging ts-adc and ts-adc-debounce drivers

Hello kernel-discuss,

      With the latest changes done to ts-adc-debounce driver, it now
fully covers functionality of ts-adc driver, namely touchscreen
handling without debouncing. So, it's good idea to implement our old
plan of merging them to one. ts-adc is currently in use by 1 port,
htcapache. I asked Kevin O'Connor, its maintainer, to have a look if
something can be missing from ts-adc-debounce, so I believe we're ok
there. I'd like to go with the following plan:

1. Take any important info (comments, copyrights) from ts-adc to
ts-adc-debounce.
2. Rename ts-adc-debounce to ts-adc, overwriting old version.

So, in the end, there will be one driver with name ts-adc.
