asus730 support in defconfigman

Again - I would like to present asus730 support in defconfigman.

Generally - I guess that original defconfig had some options selected
that were not needed (ie. NVRAM, MII, etc.) and the new configuration
file is a good base for modifications, upgrades. Kernel builds with
new configuration file.

I have thrown away SPI, , bluetooth ("o be reviewed" + I could not
find what driver is needed) and partly USB sections (HID + Storage). I
wanted to throw away MTD (wiki says "to be reviewed"), but kernel does
not build without it.

As always comments are very welcome.

Also tips what devices to port next are also very welcome. I guess
once these devices are added to SVN tree I will have a look at it
again and propose some fixes, upgrades....
