"make clean" fails: arch/arm/fastfpe/Makefile missing

Hi,

I've fetched 2.6 kernel from CVS on Friday. make clean did not work. Since
it mentioned arch/arm/fastfpe/Makefile, I touch'ed this file and it
worked.

I'm compiling with h3800_static_defconfig.
