hamcop leds patch

Hello!
I would just like to ask to add a patch fixing the charging led
problem on h2200 platform to the hh.org cvs kernel. The patch was
created by "Alain2210" at h2200 mailing list and can be found at
http://www.handhelds.org/hypermail/h2200-port/current/5312.html.
The patch was tested by Gerhard Zintel
(http://www.handhelds.org/hypermail/h2200-port/current/5320.html) and
reported as fixing the problem.
