Tag 2.6.21-hh16. Changes since -hh15 are:
1. Merge htcbeetles port into htcsable (due to similarities in hardware).
2. Fix bugs in gpiodev2 implementation (could lead to random faults).
3. htcapache update (convert to gpiodev2, etc).
4. leds-gpio driver from mainline git merged.
