[patch] HTC Apache update

Hi,

The following patch updates HTC Apache with my latest changes. Note
that the previous patches (gpiodev fixes, htc gpiodev2 updates, and
leds-gpio driver) must be checked in before applying this patch.

I've tested and confirmed that this code boots on my phone. I can
also confirm that the "adc-debounce" works properly.

Along with this patch, the following files should be removed:
arch/arm/mach-pxa/htcapache/htcapache-mc.c
arch/arm/mach-pxa/htcapache/htcapache-leds.c
arch/arm/mach-pxa/htcapache/htcapache-frontkeys.c
