[patch] gpiodev2 with htc-egpio / htc-bbkeys

Hi,

The following patch fully moves the htc-egpio and htc-bbkeys drivers
to the gpiodev2 system. (Note that the htc-egpio driver was already
ported to gpiodev2 - this patch just cleans up the interface.)

There is also a patch to magician code - the platform htc-egpio "pin
info" structure now takes regular gpio pins. Doing it this way
simplifies the interface.

Note that this patch will break HTC Apache - the next patch will bring
Apache back into line.
