[patch] Backport leds-gpio driver

Hi,

Those with keen memory will recall that I submitted a leds-gpiodev
driver a couple of months ago. Since that time, the mainline kernel
got a similar leds-gpio driver, and the hh.org kernel started using
gpiodev2.

I've converted the htc apache code base (patch to come) to use the
mainline leds-gpio driver. This is the backported patch of that
driver.
