Improved HTC Beetles support

Hi,
I recently got HTC Beetles and noticed, it is not really supported. I also
noticed that HTC Sable has absolutelly the same hardware (even GPIOs and
ASIC3 I/Os are the same). So I just made a patch that removes selfstanding
Beetles support and adds option to compile for Beetles into Sable. Plus it
cleans up the code a bit.
