[jornada] Text console is working :)

Hi.

This is my contribution to the Linux on Jornada720 project.

The archive contains:

 * toolchain in Debian packages
 * Kernel source from Jacek's site
 * The patches for Makefile and Epson LCD driver
 * The .config file used by me.
 * The working image which boots from WinCE without flashed hardware.

The initrd image have to be on ext2 filesystem! It can be gzipped but I
couldn't boot it from cramfs, romfs or minix.

The main problems:
 * The keyboard doesn't work. I need help!
 * The setting of contrast doesn't work.
 * devfs doesn't create /dev/vc/N devices.
