[jornada] How to get the bootloader back to a boot> prompt

Hello again.

I'm sure I'm just being a bit daft, but I can't seem to put my 568 back
into raw bootloader mode ready for transferring a new OE fs image to it.

Is there a combination of keys to hold down whilst resetting it? What
would I do if I wanted to put poxy-pc back on it?
