[jornada] About Jornada 54x

Hello everyone.

I got a beautiful piece of hardware, in other words a jornada 540. I've known that jornadas are able to run linux, but wasn't so very delighted after hearing that developement for these devices are becoming less active, due to iPaq's. I'd still like to have this device run something else than 'Daily' and other extremely "useful" applications, based on outlook and ie.

I started already with some investigation, but didn't get far. The 56x bootblaster seems to require some other version of Windows CE. 56x series seems to be the most similar device to 54x series, so that's why I chose it.

Perhaps you guys would know what should be done to the BB source...?

Second thing is the kernel. What major differences do these series have? 56x doesn't seem to be SH3, right? And how about the display?
