It's done! I tried to fill it according to your status report:

soon... I'm taking care of Jornada 820 too).

Please let me know if there are mistakes or inaccuracies.

In particular, I would like to have more information about the Flash,
sound, graphics controler and asic companion chips. That's very useful
for people working on new devices and trying to reuse existing drivers.

By the way, do you have disassembled pictures?
