I just wanted to post a reply that I found an Orinoco
driver at:

http://www.proxim.com/support/all/orinoco/software/dl2002_orinoco_client_74_wince300.html

Also I figured out that for most of the software
installs I have do it from a PC which them installs
the software on the Jornada. Also I have found a
couple CE 2.x apps that won't install such as:

CeExplorer
CeProbe 1.1
