[jornada] Version of Win CE running on 720

I've read that the version of Windows CE on the
Jornada 720 is 3.0 but yet when I have try to
installed some 2.x apps or drivers they can't install.
 Anyone know of a good site for Jornada apps? I'm
specifically lookinmg for Orinoco drivers plus network
utilities.
