[jornada] J720 Flashable daughterboard status

Received the first batch of components for the boards in the mail today.
This batch constitutes ~95% of the parts needed to make the boards. Once
the rest of the parts come in, I'll ship enough components off to the
assembler for two prototypes. More news as it becomes available. =)
