[jornada] Jornada 820: next patch (CF + PCMCIA support)

I have uploaded the next set of patches (and associated binaries)
to Francois-Rene's website. I will distinguish them by date -
the Jan 24 patch only handles keyboard and screen; the Jan 29 version
can mount ext2 formatted partitions of your CF card and can
establish a network connection if you have a spare NE2000
compatible PC card lying around. But of course you can recompile
the kernel with your favorite file system and PC card options.
Be careful though - hpcboot.exe doesn't like big kernel images! put too
many devices onto the thing and hpcboot won't load it.

I have also uploaded a binary image of my ramdisk (built from
busybox 1.05pre). You now have everything you need to build a kernel
image similar to the ones I uploaded. I would like to hear back
from the brave soul who does it from scratch using the standard cross
toolchain from handhelds.org.
