[jornada] new bootloader

Hi,

grab the new 2.21.12 bootldr from my site! finally all 64 MB of SDRAM are
found.
Keep using the old one for the 32 MB devices though as nothing changed for 32
MB devices and because the 64M bootldr may not work on 32M devices.
