[jornada] converting a German Jornada 710 to English

I have a Jornada 710 model and I suppose it runs 720 Windows Handheld
PC 2000 on it.

My problem is it's in German and I require to flash the ROM with the
English version.

Can anyone help with a solution. HP cant help.
