[jornada] kernel crash related to ELF entry point (once again)

as was mentioned before by Takato Kuni the kernel stalls on binaries with
low elf entry points. when these binaries are run, the whole userspace
stops (however the kernel seems to keep running - for example the screen
blank kicks in after several minutes). nothing is output to the console.

this makes it hard to use familiar 0.6.1 because the busybox it uses has
an entry point of 0xcc68.

the kernel i'm using is the 2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh3-j720 posted by Kye
Connect. i've seen similar problems with 2.4.18-rmk2-hh2 from Peter
Gerwinski's images.

does anyone know of a fix, or can anyone point me in the right direction?
