Thanks for your answer.

I'm afraid the jornada is fully bricked (nothing on serial port)
I'm trying to set up jtag and I always get the same error (short.o is loaded):

JFLASH version xxx
Current control 20
error, failed to read device ID
ACT:111 11...
EXP:**** 10...

I'm now checking the cable...
