Ouch, you worry me, for I just bought a 512MB card on eBay, :-(
Up to now, I've used a 32MB and a 8MB card without problem on the 820
(don't remember the exact brand and model, though).
A Google search for "jornada 820 compactflash 512MB" shows
that at least some vendors claim compatibility with the 820.

That said, any post about the 820 is a good opportunity for me to request
that 820 owners contribute to the fund to get Linux ported to the platform.

working on the 820. If two more of you donate, I could send a unit to
another valiant kernel hacker. Your donation can make a difference.
You don't want your beautiful 820 to remain in WinCE all your life, do you?
