I've done it, just before receiving your message. Thanks for the
other links. I still post this things that I wrote while diffing
and cleaning stuff.

I've diff'd Jacek Lipkowski's tree against linux-2.4.18-rmk2-hh2 so
you can download the patch instead of his whole tree. I've made
distclean before making the diff and I removed some spurious file too,
to avoid unneeded noice and bandwidth. I've kept the .config, though.
I also removed drivers/block/cibd.h (a 4MB binary file generated from
something else), as I didn't understand what it is and I'm not sure I
can redistribute it. [I've not devoted much time to this tree, yet]
