[jornada] un-bricking Jornada 720

Hi,
the knowledge for unbricking a Jornada 720
does not exist any more. While it is
theoretically possible to design an interface
board to unlock a `damaged' Flash ROM, we do
not currently have resources to do that.

So please do not bother Jamey about that.
