[jornada] external HD pack with own power

Hello,
I read this page every week. Still waiting for fully functional distro.
Still nothig over 6 month! My 720 is under bed,without power.I don't want to use it.
Because of paying for such horrible tools for forexample playing video.
And when I tried to rebuild video format to use with Jornada, can you watch movie
for 1-2 frames? With 206 Mhz strongarm? Very funny..

So,Greg has approximatelly 70 downloads of source ?
But I mean that there are a lot of people,waiting like me for something really
good to download.So the number 70 is not reflection of the reality, I mean.

People,who are not programmers,like me,waiting ..

God,when anyone will have success with PM and PCMCIA ????
Hope it comes soon.

---- Is there anythig else not working on 720? I mean cooperate with hardware?

I have bought HD 10gb 500mA (good for power eating).PCMCIA adapter to IDE.
I thought how to run this HD without external power,because Jornada can't hold
the HD working.It's too much for battery.

And after few experiments I have fully functional external HD with its own power inside
(5 batteries inside the little external box with electronic inside!).
HD works approximatelly for 3 hours.Loading takes 2 hours.

Loading electronic with motorola chip is outside the pack.

I thing this is low price choose for large memory.It's not inside J720,but it's not
so big to carry it too. 0.5kg max.

It works also with iPaq and Notebook.To use with CE you must have driver.
And with Linux? No problem,but with functional PCMCIA :)
So,I will be waiting..
