Is there a URL that describes the status of the Linux ROM board? I'd be very
interested in knowing how far away it is, how much it might cost, and how
one would go about ordering one asap. It seems to be this nebulous magical
object, devised by the wizards at HPLabs. I've never even seen a picture of
one of them, let alone knowing any details.
Honestly, the prospect of using linux on the J720 in the next 12 months is
the only thing thats kept it in my posession, since the software support of
it's Wince variant is so abyssmal these days.
Having an idea about the state of the flashrom upgrade would influence my
decision about whether to keep the device and pre-order a ROM, or put it up
on ebay now before it depreciates much further. Obviously, I would prefer to
keep it and run linux on it.
Please, give me somewhere to throw my money at. :)
