With the WinCE 2.11 devices, you could use a
bootloader like cyace.exe and run Linux off of a CF.
However, M$ took that ability away in PPC 2K and I
don't think anyone has ever come up with a workaround.
I'm hoping, though, that for H/PC 2000 you can use
cyace.exe to boot Linux off CF. I just need to find
an active Linux distro for the Jornada 72x series. If
anyone has a ROM for it, and is willing to share, I'd
love to hear from you.
Thanks,
Curt
