Thanks for the response on the 568 status.

As far as dual booting is concerned, I forgot to include this tit-bit.....

"Dual boot from Compact Flash"

This might just allow a dual boot since the OS would be on a large(?) CF card.

Bit of a newbies question I'm afraid:

- Am I right in thinking that the 568 has a Flash-ROM? If so does this mean that Wince could be a thing of the past on my PDA? Is there a flash program to do this?

- How do I go about getting the required software/files to effect a change to Linux on my 568

- Is is possible to dual boot until I'm happy that Linux is stable enough to be truly useful on my Jornada? If so how

- Any ideas how long the 568 will be supported by HP? Should I be looking at ebay for a 720?
