If you are going to use the card in other machines besides the Jornada, I'd stick with the faster cards (as long as the price premium isn't too high).
However, if the card is strictly going to be used in the Jornada, remember that the Jornada really isn't that fast. I doubt you'll see much difference between the CF speeds in the Jornada - but I do not have any information or statistics to back that up....
