Wow, I haven't heard of that happening. The basic kernel support should still
recognize your keyboard. All 720degrees does differently from the other distros
is load a US keymap at boot.

You can try mounting your CF on your linux desktop and edit the files
responsible from there. In 720degrees, the US keymap is automatically loaded
from /etc/console/boottime.kmap.gz. Just remove or rename this file and then we
can see if not loading the US keymap allows the kernel support for the keyboard
to work. You can then also try using the international keymap provided by doing

loadkeys /etc/console/j720intl.kmap.gz

and if this works for you, then you can make the change permanent by doing

mv /etc/console/j720intl.kmap.gz /etc/console/boottime.kmap.gz

I'd really appreciate your feedback on this, because we haven't had any reports
yet from people on 720degrees with international keyboard layouts.
