After solving the issue about "hello world" message by liniexec because
CE did not accept names with dots and dashes, I have successfully tried:

 * Familiar with either Opie or GPE
  /-- BUT: I always end up having issues with Package manager or
dependecies (ipkg install -force-depends)

 * Debian Sarge with ion2 desktop
  /-- This is far the BEST performance BUT, it uses a lot more MB's than
the other 2

 * 720 degress, does not recognize my es keyboard not uses the us
layout, as all the above distros do.

My hardware has always been:

 * hp jornada 728
 * 256 MB CF, Kingston

So as I can't afford 1 GB CF yet (about U$110 in Chile), 256 MB is my
only choice, but again, Debian Sarge leaves me only with about 40 MB
available, and I do need at least X (ion2 is cool!) + a web GUI browser
+ IRC client + Abiword and Gnumeric (ideally) + PDF reader + email
client + openssh-server + gnupg

With all that, I can easilly and successfully go to classes and show off
in front of students and teacher who still consider Linux is not a
better option and still prefer Palms or Windows CE devices. Also, it
would let me encourage more students learn about how powerfull a linux
box can be in minimal environements. (we work on translations and
documenting, mainly)

I have tested Damn Small Linux (50 MB only!) and it rocks. I know it is
meant for x86 not ARM, but Any chances we may have such multiple
functions in a 256 MB CF for Jornadas 7xx ?

Any ideas or suggestions are very welcome :D
