How did it get into this what you are calling "suspend"? Inactivity? Then
it is not suspend, jornada does not suspend itself due to inactivity in
Linux (IMHO). The only "suspend" is by on/off button.

How did you notice this sluggishnes? I am using mainly console and I do
not notice any slow down.. did you check free mem?
