Hi,
This is my first mail to the List and I want to say hello ( o hola ) to
everybody.
I have installed debian-sarge image from Matthis (with his help in getting
params.txt right), and after some problems with e2fsprogs installed also
icewm.
For the sake of experimentation tried to install mozilla-firefox and got
errors towards the end of the installation. Tried again and got the same
errors.
The last few lines are:
/usr/bin/update-mozilla-firefox-chrome: line 106: 661 Segmentation
fault
firefox-bin-register >/dev/null 2>&1
E: Registration process existed with status: 139
E: /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/extensions/installed-extensions.txt still
present. Registration might have gone wrong.
mv: cannot stat `/usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/defaults.ini`: not such a file or
directory
dpkg: error processing mozilla-firefox (--configure): subprocess
post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing: mozilla-firefox
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
Any suggestions on how to go ahead with this insatallation?
Many thanks
oski
