I bought a 568 a few weeks ago for the express purpose of playing with
embedded linux and finally got a serial cable today to try installing.
Sadly it looks like I bricked the handheld on first attempt :-(
I am getting nothing out the serial port at all and it doesn't even
appear to be turning on (the light at the top is not turning on unless I
plug in the power cable in which case it turns on orange for a short
while before turning green)
Any suggestions as to what to try now or even how to confirm if it
really is bricked?
