[jornada] 2.6.13 is here, how's the j720?

Kernel 2.6.13 is here - I noticed one patch for j720 was included - that's
for PCMCIA and there are some changes in /arch/arm/mach-sa1100/jornada720.c
too. Still way to go...

2.6.13 has now option to set kernel ticks timer - I'd really like to see
if that makes a difference to set 100Hz instead 1000Hz, as 2.6.12 really
seems to suck battery faster than 2.4.
Michaels patch for 2.6.12 seems to be mostly applicable.
There are however some hunks (ok) but failures too (not critical).
