How much space do you have?
I could make an archive of my current filesystem for you, it would be around 500M when expanded, but do you have a CF large enough? There would be of course many things you don't need on it, but if anyone is interested let me know. When I have a bit more time I'll try to slim it down. Meanwhile, the opie or gpe for jornada would be your best bet.
