Do I understand that correctly, that there are two ways to fix keyboard
layout for ABB country code
1. fix kernel with above (but how many layout are there?)
2. load keymap on bootup (using "loadkeys" binary - console-tools in
familiar)

That I am also curious. I have ABB too. (At least this is stated on label
at the bottom of jornada)
